Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the L.E.O TT mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and [Your Business Entity Name]. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease using the App immediately.

  1. Overview of Services

L.E.O TT provides a platform where entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses (“Businesses”) can create profiles to showcase their services and products. Customers (“Users”) can browse, engage, and transact with these Businesses through the App.

  1. Eligibility

To use L.E.O TT, you must:
Agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

  1. User Registration and Accounts

4.1 Business Profiles:
Businesses must provide complete and accurate information for their profiles, including business name, contact details, and descriptions. Misleading or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 Customer Accounts:
Users must provide valid information during account creation. Sharing login credentials is prohibited, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4.3 Account Termination:
L.E.O TT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the App, or fraudulent activities.

  1. Use of the App

5.1 Permitted Use:
The App may only be used for lawful purposes to connect businesses and customers.

5.2 Prohibited Activities:
Users are prohibited from:

Posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

Impersonating another user or entity.

Engaging in spamming, hacking, or other disruptive activities.

5.3 Content Ownership:
All content provided by Businesses remains their intellectual property. However, by uploading content to the App, Businesses grant L.E.O TT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their profiles.

  1. Fees and Payments

6.1 Business Subscription Fees:
Businesses may be required to pay subscription fees to access premium features. Subscription terms and pricing will be outlined separately.

6.2 Transaction Fees:
For transactions conducted through the App, applicable service fees or transaction charges will be detailed and communicated transparently.

6.3 Refund Policy:
Refunds for subscription fees or services are subject to the discretion of L.E.O TT

  1. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Between Users:
L.E.O TT is not responsible for disputes between Businesses and Customers. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.

7.2 App Involvement:
In certain cases, L.E.O TT may mediate disputes at its discretion, but this does not establish any obligation to do so.

  1. Limitation of Liability

L.E.O TT is not liable for:

Losses or damages resulting from reliance on content or transactions conducted through the App.

Temporary disruptions or unavailability of the App.

Any actions or omissions of Businesses or Customers.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

L.E.O TT respects user privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data by L.E.O TT

  1. Amendments to Terms

L.E.O TT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago
